About Me
My career started in international corporate HR in London. For 10 years, I was focused on employee engagement and wellbeing.
Having had a personal experience with a hectic lifestyle and a career as a priority, I know how important it is to strike a balance in your life and to prioritise not only the things that matter but also yourself. Only by prioritising yourself in a healthy way, you can be helpful to others.
In 2019, I started the metabolic balance programme. The results were great and the new eating habits served me well during the coronavirus pandemic. So much so that I decided to set up healthyb in November 2020 to help others in their health journey.
